A CHANCE TO MEET ALL MEMBERS
Message from the host, Emily Chan & Anderson Koo
Hi everyone! I’m glad we were able to get a group for dinner today. Next Sunday (October 8) let’s go to Congee Bowery located at 207 Bowery (near Spring street). They have a snazzy webpage here --which I (or Anderson) can assure you that it’s much too fancy a webpage for a Chinese place. Portions are big, food is cheap and they have rice plates and congee (~$6-7 dollars.. though they do have pricier more specialized dishes on their webpage menu). YUM! So please join us. Since practice ends at 7:30, I'm thinking we will probably be eating around 8:00ish. Send me an e-mail (ec1214 [at] med.nyu.edu) so I’ll also have an idea of how many of us will be there/make a reservation if necessary.
WHAT IS EON?

Hi Everyone! So while heading home after open gym today, I don't know about you, but all that running on the court sure made me hungry! I remember back at Cal, a bunch of us would usually grab dinner after the games (sure we were sweaty and stinky, but we were all hungry too! : ) Well okay, I know New York City isn't grubby old Berkeley, so maybe we can give ourselves some time to change/shower. Anyway, either way, I thought it'd be nice to get to know each other off the court. So send me an e-mail if you are interested and/or if you know of some cheap good places to eat nearby. I'm thinking Sundays are best, because Friday practice is kind of smack in the middle of dinner time and nobody wants to eat a lot before practice and 10pm is a little late for dinner...) but we can discuss more this Friday. Great!
